About Me
Hi, I’m Brad! I’m a software engineer and team leader. I specialize in leading full-stack web service teams both as senior IC and manager. My passion is generative AI and the multimodal application of LLMs.
As an IC, my expertise is in backend web services written in Python, built on AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
I believe generative AI will radically change the world and will be in the service of humanity. It’s our duty as technologists to harness and deploy nonbiological intelligence responsibly to solve human problems. We can accelerate this amazing technology while also ensuring the benefit is equitable. The rising tide of AI should lift all boats.
Open to interesting work around generative AI and its business applications.
Projects
Convobot
A fully-customizable conversation bot for Raspberry Pi
I created this project to act as a multi-purpose AI companion that responds with any voice you like (say, Barack Obama’s) about any topic you like (say, help with calculus homework). It’s incredibly flexible, powerful, and fun!
